Personal Data Protection

Wojtusiak Real Estate s.r.o., with its registered office at Týnská 624/13, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Company ID No. 09336214, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 334693 (the “Controller”), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable legislation.

Personal data we process

We may process your name, email address, telephone number, information included in your message or enquiry, and technical data related to your use of the Website, such as your IP address, device information and cookies according to your selected preferences.

Purposes and legal bases

  • responding to enquiries and taking steps before entering into a contract;
  • performing contracts and complying with legal obligations;
  • protecting the Controller’s rights and legitimate interests, in particular Website security and communication records;
  • analytics or marketing where you have provided consent through the cookie banner.

Retention period

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, compliance with legal obligations and protection of legal claims. Data from non-binding enquiries is generally retained for no longer than three years after the last communication unless another legal basis requires a longer period. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by vetted providers of hosting, IT support, email, analytics or marketing services and by other recipients where necessary to provide a service or comply with a legal obligation. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards required by GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
