I was introduced to real estate years ago by chance when a friend brought me into a smaller real estate development agency. I liked the “real estate world” so much, I decided to stay. Today I have more than 20 years of experience and I own the W-Real Estate firm which helps clients to lease office space and provides professional real estate advice. In addition, I cooperate with selected external experts (eg. lawyers and project managers) and together we can assist occupiers to find suitable premises for their business as well as to find suitable tenants for landlords.
I have gained detailed knowledge of the real estate market and the whole leasing process during my previous employment at two international real estate consulting firms CBRE and DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield). I believe I have developed a much needed feel and responsiveness for listening to clients and their needs, thanks to which I can find the best real estate solution for their business.
In my time, I have worked with many domestic and international companies such as Seznam.cz, CertiCon, Hewlett Packard, PwC, MetLife, Eli Lilly, and Johnson & Johnson, amongst many others.
Over the years of practice and experience on the Real Estate market, I have built up and continue to maintain many long-term relationships with landlords and property owners, with whom I will have the ability to speak during our cooperation. I like to meet new people including future clients, so I constantly develop and expand the network of my contacts and I further connect my clients with trusted partners.
I particularly enjoy following trends in the real estate market, and I consider learning necessary for my further personal growth and expansion of knowledge and experience. That is why I have been a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2011, an internationally recognised organisation. One of the conditions of membership is the constant education in the field, whilst at the same time, and above all, RICS sets and supervises compliance with their ethical standards of work and behaviour of all its members.
