These terms for users (the “Terms”) govern the manner and conditions of use of the website www.w-realestate.cz (the “Website”).
1. Website operator
The Website is operated by Wojtusiak Real Estate s.r.o., with its registered office at Lazarská 11/6, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, Company ID No. 09336214, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 334693 (the “Operator”).
2. Purpose and use of the Website
The Operator issues these Terms to inform the public about the manner and conditions of use of the Website. Users must use the Website in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and must not disrupt its operation.
Interference with the content, technical solution or security of the Website without the Operator’s consent is prohibited.
3. Changes to the Website and the Terms
Only the Operator may decide on changes to the Website. The Operator may amend or supplement these Terms; the current version is always published on the Website.
4. Personal data
Access to certain information on the Website referred to in paragraph 1 of these Terms may be made conditional by the Operator on the user providing personal data. In such a case, the Operator processes such data in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the GDPR).

The Website content is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. It may not be copied, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without the Operator’s prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
7. Validity of the Terms
These Terms are valid and effective from the date of their publication.
8. AI Transparency
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Artificial Intelligence Act), the Operator informs users that artificial intelligence (AI) systems were used in the preparation of content published on this Website.
The Operator further states that:
- — AI systems were used in the creation, editing, translation, optimization, research, analysis, visualizations, graphic design and other content published on the Website.
- — All published content was subject to human review prior to publication.
- — The final version of the published content was approved by the Operator or, where the content was prepared on behalf of another party, by the respective contracting party.
