Katarina Wojtusiak

I have worked in real estate for more than 20 years, specialising in office leasing in Prague and real estate consultancy.

I previously worked for the international consulting companies CBRE and DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), where I developed the essential ability to listen closely to clients and understand their needs. This experience enables me to find the best possible tailored solution for every client.

I work with a network of external specialists. Together, we can provide not only office leasing services in Prague, but also high-quality construction solutions and complete preparation of premises for your business. I provide professional real estate advice and help building owners find suitable, reliable tenants.

Since 2011, I have been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a global professional organisation for real estate specialists. I am also a member of the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry. I speak Czech, English and Italian.

I enjoy meeting new people and prospective clients. This allows me to continually expand my network and connect my clients with trusted partners.
